These terms apply to your use of https://dairycottagepa.com. They are deliberately short: this is a restaurant's website, and most of what a longer document would cover does not happen here.
Menus and prices
We keep the menu current, but prices and availability change and the site can be out of date. The price charged at the counter is the price that applies. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell at a stated price, and an item shown here may be sold out.
Ordering and delivery
Where the site offers online ordering, delivery is carried out by DoorDash rather than by us. Their terms govern the delivery itself, including timing, driver conduct and anything that happens to an order in transit. Where the site links out to DoorDash or SliceLife, the order is placed on their site and we are not party to it.
We prepare food to order and cannot guarantee an item is free of any allergen. Our kitchen handles milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts and fish, and equipment is shared. If you have an allergy, please tell us before ordering so we can advise you properly.
Using the site
Please do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, and do not scrape it automatically. Beyond that, use it as you like.
Our content
The text, photographs, logo and design of this site belong to Dairy Cottage. You are welcome to link to any page and to share it. Please ask before republishing our photographs or copy elsewhere.
Liability
We provide this site as it is. We are responsible for the food we serve you, and nothing here limits that. We are not responsible for a loss caused by the site being unavailable, out of date, or by a third-party service it links to.
